Rewrite this post Good morning. Most of today will be dry, but we could get some strong to severe storms later today…mainly between 3 and 7PM. Hour by Hour // A look at upcoming hourly conditions This morning should be dry with sunshine and some patchy dense fog, in fact a Dense Fog Advisory is in effect until 9AM for Providence County and northern Bristol County in Massachusetts. Showers and thunderstorms are possible mainly after 3PM in Southern New England. For our area, mainly after 4PM for those storms. The Storm Prediction Center has highlighted a good portion of our area as having the possibility of seeing severe storms…basically areas west of I-95. Storms could bring strong wind gusts and large hail, in addition to heavy rain and lightning. Showers and t’storms should clear by 8PM, then skies will partially clear. Tonight will be mainly dry with some clearing. Lows in the 50s. Tomorrow will likely be the best day of the week! — warm and dry with sunshine. -Meteorologist T.J.
