Tiverton police are seeking assistance from the public in locating a missing 16-year-old girl, Avah Victoria Flowers, who was last seen on Friday evening and is believed to be in danger. She may be in the Newport, Portsmouth, or Middletown areas, according to police. Flowers is described as 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighing around 155 pounds, with brown eyes and long brown hair with blonde highlights. She was last seen wearing a tan “crop top” sweatshirt and camouflage sweatpants. Anyone with information is urged to contact (401) 625-6717, and those who spot Flowers should call 911.
