Recently-released surveillance video captured the moment a shooter entered The Covenant School in Green Hills, Nashville on Monday. The Metro Nashville Police Department shared the footage, which shows Audrey Hale, 28, enter the school and begin shooting. Sadly, seven people died in the incident, including three 9-year-old students and three staff members. Hale was carrying two assault-style rifles and one handgun during the shooting. She was confronted and killed by two police officers who had entered the building. Officers later discovered a “manifesto” and detailed school maps in Hale’s home. The Metropolitan Nashville Police Department, ATF Nashville, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation are all involved in the ongoing investigation.
