Her passion is helping children with cancer and their families, which she started at the young age of 6. She created the Glimmer of Hope Foundation after meeting a little girl named Ella who passed away in 2019. She makes masks and bald dolls for pediatric cancer patients. The post also highlights that throughout March, one of the four finalists will be featured on 12 News This Morning and The Rhode Show. The winner will be considered for Nexstar’s 2023 Woman of the Year award.
