The RhodyTHON, a student-run dance marathon, is set to take place at the Mackal Field House in Kingston, RI. Hundreds of University of Rhode Island students will dance for 10 hours, from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m., to benefit children being treated at the Hasbro Children’s Hospital. This signature event is the culmination of various fundraising activities organized by students throughout the academic year. The RhodyTHON has previously boasted up to 1,000 participants and has raised more than $600,000 for the Children’s Miracle Network Hospital.
