A 19-year-old man, Luis Garcia, was arrested by police in New Bedford, Massachusetts, after he fled from a traffic stop. According to reports, following the vehicle being pulled over, Garcia, who was masked, ran from the car and into a nearby parking lot. After a brief struggle, he was taken into custody.
