The Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey circus has been revamped and reintroduced as a family event without the involvement of animals. The new show, which will feature 75 performers from 18 countries, will include highwire acts, trapeze artists, and BMX trail bikes doing flips and tricks on trampolines. Feld Entertainment, which owns the circus, designed the show to ensure there are no animal acts. The redesign focuses on enhancing the audience experience, with moveable staircases, increased technology, and live camera feeds. The tour will kick off in Louisiana and travel to several states before restarting in Florida in 2024. The circus was forced to shut its operations after dwindling ticket sales and animal welfare concerns. However, after four years of rethinking, the circus is making a comeback.
