The US Attorney Zachary Cunha reported that Levys Tovar, a UPS employee with previous drug trafficking convictions, was arrested again for attempting to locate a package that contained cocaine. Tovar had several addresses, but the package was addressed to his home, and he claimed it was for a non-existent neighbour. Tovar has been charged with conspiracy to distribute and possess controlled substances and will appear in federal court for probation violation. He had been convicted twice before for drug offences and was out on supervised release at the time of his third arrest.
